Any suggestions would be appreciated. Heres what ive done so far/ Went 2 control panel > add/remove> hit remove , but icon is still there and now remove button is gone. Next i went 2 run> open> regedit> shows no traces of gold rock casino in there. Next went to search in files and folders > nothing comes up. Next i have easycleaner , when ever a program doesnt completely remove it usually cleans it up , it also has a registry cleaner in it , also clears cookies , internet explore history, & most recently used/ and it shows no traces. Any suggestion? huhhwtff :hit

No idea Loufreek, it should just uninstall with the add/remove programs. Thats strange that it wont delete. Why not shoot them an email and ask how you can get it out of your computer.

Try going into C://
Program Files
The file itself may still be in there and then just right click and choose delete to remove it from there

I ran into this issue when trying to uninstall "Gold" something casino (not this one) and it wouldn't uninstall the "notifier" in my system tray. It was aggravating each time I turned on my system.

What I did was a searc for *gold* in both the regedit files and also other files. That way, every instance of "gold" was caught and I finally got rid of it. You might try expanding search options to catch a variation of the name of the files you want to remove.

Here's another KRAZY idea. Reinstall the program. Then, immediately uninstall it and reboot your system and see if it is removed in the Control Panel then.

First , thank you for the replys, i had did all these except for the 2nd reply from krazy2go. So i tried re-installing and it stopped 1/2 thru the download w/ an error so i tried it again downloaded no problems , uni-installed no problem , but the first 1 is still there. So i am going 2 try what carey said about contacting them, whats weird is ive never had a problem uni-installing Rival before. Im thinking theres not a whole lot more, there support can tell me to do that i havent already done. :shucks
