I wished I could play these tourney but Ive had my account closed some time ago...and I ve waited a week after several mails and live chat with them and now suddenly they ask for all kind of documents just to have my account re-opened...which they can forget when it just for me to have my account activated and which should be done withing minutes as always... Ive got a totally amazing live support chat log(will not post it here)....I will not bother anymore, I probably forgot why I closed my account in the first place.........................this is obviously not a place for good old ceks79!

Most of the casinos and payment processors are really tightening up their security ceks and I for one am glad to see this. They are protecting themselves and the players this way by asking for lots of information to make sure you are not one of the scammers out there opening lots of accounts in different names and trying to get paid several times. I know it seems like a lot of work but it will pay off in the long run I believe!

3am is too late for me, so I went to live chat telling them how I would love to play in the tounry, but it's too late for me.
She told me to please hold and after a few mins she came back telling me my credited my account with $30.

Just a heads up when depositing for weekend promos..
i deposited this weekend and then opted in for the promo like I have always done... when after 72 hours I didn't get the bonus I went to live chat only to be told that they now require you opt in to the promo first and then make a deposit. The chat rep navarone or something like that also to me that they can no longer credit accounts manually since they implicated this new system two weeks ago, so that I was out of luck for the bonus..
I obviously did it wrong and wanted to give our members a heads up so that it doesn't happen to you.'

i must say gotta love Grand Mondial they are awesome. the tournament sign up is 4 am, 4:30 am and 5 am est, you just need to be one of the lucky ones to hit the button before the others, i have not been lucky on this at all lol, but its ok i played when they had the free weekend and i did very well so its all good. to everyone good luck.

I haven't been lucky enough to get into one of the tournaments, I only usually remember when there is about one left to register in as I am thinking about my dinner at that time, so haven't really got much hope to get in. Good luck to those that get to play.
