Boozaa I understand your frustration.. and why you don't have a photo id is none of my businesss..but if it's because you aren't able to obtain a driver's license, you can still go to any driver's license agency and obtain a especially if they have to show proof of age.. like in a bar, buying cigarettes or in your case gambling.
Now if it were me and since any casino( land or online) I have played at or cashed out at you have to show a photo id.. I would be getting one.

i live in the uk, we dont have those facilities , and the only goverment photo ids are passports or driving licences, i gave up my DL due to disability, and dont travel because of it so hence the no passport, not all online casinos require photo id most will look at all the info sent to them and make sensible informed decision, thats why i get my documents verified first to be sure,
also to me its a totally pointless rule anyway, will they come to where i live to check its actually me in the picture, i doubt it, so why do they speculate photo id,, id really love to know the answer to that ,ive asked loads of casinos why, but they never answer, its probably because they dont have an answer

You can try this- turn off your pop-up blocker if you have it on and disable your anti-virus program until you are done downloading. That is where I would start...see if that helps.

So you can't get a photo id in the UK unless it's a drivers license? WOW!!
Here in the US a person just has to go to the same place they get a driver's license and tell them they want an id only..

And to let you know I have always wondered why they require a photo id.. like you said how do they know it's really you??
I sometimes thought about taking a picture of a monkey and sending it in as an id..

maybe they ask for id so if they ever come up with a reason to take it all back, they know where to go, our they are facebook fiends!!! And make up profiles and add as friends, or wait i know maybe they run a fake id ring, lol JK butthink of it all the people theyve paid out and all the id's they've gotten faxed to them and stuff man probably have gotten ever form of id from every different country/state/province ect.. in the world. maybe they want to claim you on their taxes... dont think the EIC credit or stimulus package is gonna work for them, they may fall into a um ahem, higher bracket.... BUt all joking aside, speculate as you will, when dealing with this casino, INtertops, unless they are trying to say something with the Royal Joker casino now also... ive gotten paid out in a 36 hour period 2 separate payments of 4,000 (with proper id of course) to my usemywallet (quicktender) acount, and the only people i worried about was quicktender, lol never could get ahold of anyone, except through email, lol no phone number but they came through about oh id say 7 days transfered to my bank account, oh also they are pretty quick but they set a date for it to go through, i nearly shot myself when my money was not in my quicktender account and was in LIMBO as some would say.. lol anyways... just wanted to add my two sense (or three) if anyone would like to see my id ill show you mine only if you can prove the following (and UTILITY BILLS DONT WORK).. just playing go streak and happy st. patricks day... I agree Ohhuskers.. Intertops is topnotch in my book and since Royal Joker is a part of them I would say they will be the same way, however I do wonder as boozaa does what happens to those players who can't get a photo id for one reason or another

I had a problem with both my Intertops and Royal Joker account over the weekend not letting me log in. I called and spoke to Jamal (I believe) and he was MOST helpful in getting me in.

Call them. They are very quick to assist!!
