Lucky Club Login?

Hi, I d/l and joined Lucky Club yesterday. As of now, I still can't get past the login screen?
Anyone else having this problem, or know what I need to do to fix it?

Try uninstalling the casino and then downloading it again. It has worked for most people.

I have been able to login but once i am in i cant get to cashier or anywhere else and when i try to get out and close it wont let me so i have to shut down pc. I will try what you said also Judy hon..thanks.

OK, just spoke with support(love that they have phone support),
and it's an issue on their end. He didn't have an estimated time
for things being fixed, but was very nice, and sympathetic!

Funny how just the fact they have a number, and are there
24/7 already gets them a thumbs up from me. I'll be patient,
and try again tomorrow.

OK, I've waited and tried uninstalling/reinstalling,
but i just cannot get Lucky Club to work on my comp.
I'm patient, but I have money burning a hole in my
pocket lol. Maybe I'll try next month again.

I am sure they are busy trying to fix this as fast as they can, remember this is a new software so there are going to be bugs, we just have to be patient with them on fixing this issue.
