oh i feel so much better about it now, tyWent to cash in but they returned it, until I send in documents. Just did that. I sent them a note that JC has them, but guess they want them again anyway.
I had 900 in the account. The max cashout is 250 . They took the remaining and put back 250. Now I hope there does not need to be 300 in there , as I think the deposit is non cashable as that would not be fair since they removed the rest.
They said wait until I get the email that they have processed my docs, until cashing in again.

When I first downloaded this casino I did not know it was related to JC, so good to know, since I play JC all the time as my primary place to play.
