yes you can . i do it all the time. sign up for wired plastic and you will get a card within 10 days. use wired plastic visa as bank acct at quicktender. works great. by the time you get your card your money will be on it.

Kbar, I cashed out last week from Intertops to my quicktender and quicktender did a wire transfer to my bank and it said nothing about where the money was coming from. In fact the transfer went throught Bank of America!
