Since I have been to see the whole set up with the marketing company of the casinos (was an amazing trip!!) I can say that the reason for batches to be later then other batches is because that is exactly what it is.. batches. They
have a MASS mailing list so it would make perfect sense that they send these out in batches most prob alphabetically or something along that line Could be one employee is faster at getting their batch done the others.. there are so many different reasons but I am quite sure it is nothing personal
