Thank you Vixen! Yes I did feel a little ignored to begin with, but I also remembered that time when I felt that to get a free $20 chip was a great thing.

Right now I'm not really up for a discussion. I know most of you love JC and will defend them, so I'll wait and start a thread at another time.

I am a silly goose...I did the survey cause it was in my message center too...and I had not received anything as of yet....I spoke to live chat operator Richard and he told me it is only for players who have deposited recently...and although I have been a depositing player..but not for awhile... I am not eligible ....I should have not taken the survey and bothered them...wish they would have said that in the message to avoid a lot of clutter for them.....I feel bad when that happens.

Sorry that happened but also sometimes we need to make good faith deposits in between free chips so we are not considered bonus abusers. The casino is a business just like any other out there, if they continue to give with no return that is just a bad business choice. Hope you understand my point and not think I am directing this at you but just running my mouth in general....lol

LOL Vixen, I know what you mean for sure.....been there done that years ago. Learned my lesson. But, I have my two favorite casinos I deposit at and they are Buzzluck and Winaday. I did although go to make a deposit at Jackpot Capital and the minimum is $45 to do so. I thought that was a little high but maybe I will not do Buzzluck or Winaday and do Jackpot Capital this month. I do really like that group. Then oh boy there is Liberty Casino and I love them too......gosh I have a dilemma when I get paid.....well heck I will maybe just spread it around hehe!!!!

i just took they survey today and may not get that chip but i let them know what i thought. i think they could have a better payout ratio for 1 thing. i deposited there several times and never had a cashout. it kinda scares me away from places like that. i'm a reular depositor at all the club world sites recently and cash at least 1 outta every 3 or 4 times. club world casino has the best payout ratio than any other site

Yeah, I agree lacey $45 is quite a bit. However, I believe all the casinos have good points and bad points and so I weigh all my options when choosing a casino to play.

I had the same experience as you Vixen, but I cashed out a lot from their free chips only. Never used a depositbonus at all, and I did deposit.
I ended up being bonusbanned for it.
I never heard about them bonusbanning people before, but since they are doing it now just a heads up for those who play there.
Don't be surprised if it happens to you too.
