i was invited to play at royal joker,and have deposited & got bonus with no problem,even got wild card bonus,woo hoo.so if you are complaining,you should have waiting for invite,this is an awesome casino,customer service is top notch,i have nothing but positive things to say about this casino.:stpd:chips:irish:proud

Hi judyb! Now that the good guys won the elections,wont they help reverse the gambling bans on some of our states?It was the republicans who wanted to put the bans on our internet gambling,now that the democrats rule,cant they pass laws to lift the bull chit bans?:grnbrLets getum drunk and reverse these bans,who's with me?:irish

just receive an email from intertops with their apology and mistake they have found in my account. i guess it was just a simple error due to their new casino just open.

I just want to share my experience with you guys at Royal Joker. I got invitation from Intertops ...downloaded this new casino but there was no $10 like they said so sent them an email less than 20 min. my bonus money was in my account. I again sent them another email regarding good feed back again less than 20 min. sent me thanks email back. They have a great support and I feel like I found my second new found love and will deposit and play...:ptogld:proud

Not sure why others are having trouble with Royal Joker and/or Intertops, but their customer service has always been very helpful to me.

I downloaded the new casino, and within 10 minutes I had a bonus in there. Then, I deposited and received a match of 100% within an hour. THEN, I received an email today that I had won a Wild Card bonus of $35 for my play on Monday...yippee!

AND, I'll receive another 25% bonus on my deposits tomorrow or the next day (five days after my deposits).

I have not played Intertops regularly, but I have deposited there several times over the years, and as I said, they are always courteous and reply to my requests promptly.

Oh, and this new site lets you redeem comps when you've reached just a dollar's worth! Plus, they sponsor Streak contests and for that I am grateful.

First let me say that if posting both positive and negative, whichever the case may be is not allowed here then kindly inform me of that and I will restrict/censor my comments.

As for the casino and the problems I posted about, I have returned to say that I not only received an apologetic email but management called me to apologise in person for the problems. I had sent them screenshots of everything going on and appearently because the casino is going through their bugs and clearing them i happened to get a nasty little biter! LOL

They were able to verify my claims and kudos to their support staff and technical team! I had my original deposit and bonus re-applied along with an extra $20 for the trouble! I asked the manager if he would like to send me a message to post from the casino and he said he would send one tonight so i will return with a post from them soon.

I would like to say that I made my first deposit and I also was told that I wouldnt be receiving the bonus. I can assure you they are dead wrong but they wont answer my e-mails and I have even tried the land line with no luck. The thing that makes me mad is that they sent me mail telling me to deposit and get my bonus then pull that!I have always liked Intertops but to solicit and not do what was offered is wrong wrong wrong.They sent the you dont qualify e-mail I swear like 2 minutes after I deposited. But now its been two hours with no response to my inquiries and I can tell you why because they are wrong

Glad you got things all straightened out, wyld!!! (I didn't doubt that you would given the casino you were dealing with as they are one of THE MOST REPUTABLE on the net!)

1st I'm glad to hear things were straightened out with Intertops. I just want to be the one to say that we are glad to have active members here with positive or negative posts... But Intertops has been a very loyal, generous sponsor here not to mention they are Definitely one of ( if the the most) reputable casinos on the net so we are a little protective of them here ( as well as our other sponsors) The staff here is very diligent in assuring its members that if a casino is listed here you can play there with out worries. I understand with so many blacklisted casinos that it can be nerve racking if you're not sure, so we appreciate any warnings of bad casinos.... but if we don't despute negative comments about trustworthy casinos we aren't doing OUR job. So Please don't be offended by the comments and know we are glad to have you as a member.;)
