I had the same problem with them and recenlty with rj..due to a virus and haveing to wipe my computer...try this and let me know if it works....
intertopscasino.com/vip.htm put in ur user name for intertops...will take u to another screen small box put in user id again...go to casino and log in....this is what got me back in my rj account after error 107...wrote it down for all who has a problem logging into their accounts...i emailed support they told me to call them and walked me through this process...wish u luck <!-- / message -->
