I received about 10 E-mails today stating that my coupons I tried to redeem were denied. I haven't tried to redeem any coupons lately so I was a little worried. I contacted Support and they said that due to a system upgrade there is a clitch somewhere that they are trying to fix. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up in case anyone else is getting E-mails from them too.

i had about ten denied coupons, glad to see this thread so i know what is going on, i e-mailed them but never heard back, thought someone was in my account

Me too, I had about 8 emails....kind of freaked me out because I didn't try any of those coupon codes. Good to know that I'm not the only one it happened to. Thanks!!!
