I played in one of royal vegas $50 blackjack freeroll / which 1st ,2nd ,3rd pays i came in 3rd [which is suppose 2 pay $10] and i got zippo. E-mailed them 3 times since 3:30 am / I havent got any response nothing. I realize its only $10 dollar its just kinda the point. Maybe when i wake up i will at least have a response from them .:boxing :arggggg

Ok your right lucky , they sent me an e-mail 10:00 am / this is what it said the tournament is being reviewed , once the tournament has been reviewed it can take 12-24 hours for the tournament winnings to be credited to your account. They should put that somewhere in there rules, when u play a freeroll slot u get your money immediately. Its been 17 hours still nothing, i guess i should just keep my fingers crossed. :showme

I sent them a e-mail early this morning, since it had been like 27 hours. This was there response, they checked there system and seems i am right i havent been credited. they said it might have 2 be done manually considering the b-jack tournaments are new or there is an issue in the system, if the funds are 2 be done manually or resolved by Microgaming it will be done on monday, since they have no one available on weekends. they have requested that the matter be investigated for me. So i will wait and see if not i will try 2 e-mail them again mon. night :showme

Ok still havent recieved $, but this is the last e-mail they sent. The matter has been escalated for investigation and we are a waiting feedback so that the amount can be credited 2 your account. As soon as feedback is recieved your account will be credited. Please accept our apologies for the delay. So i guess im still hopeful. :tonguecrazy

The hardest $10 i ever had 2 work for that i won [lol] After a week and 10 e-mails they did finally come thru today. So like lucky, iataz , gijan, said in this thread they are a good group and did come thru with the $10. Ty everyone for your replys. :money
