I'm getting scared....

This coming Monday, I'll be sick FOUR weeks. My Mom's at my sisters- no way I could help her! I have about 2 hours a day- then I'm rooted and need to lie down.

If it's the flu it's the worst mutha I've ever had!!! I've had a course of STRONG anti-biotics and and about a quater bottle of STRONG cough syrup.

Just wanted to check in.

Most of the time I get ahead of myself, but I am ROOTED! I'm using my Mom's oxygen. I was too sick to drive the 15 miles home, never mind 20 to the DR.'s. But I'm gonna call on Monday and tell him I need to be seen.

And the thing that tears me up is going to see bands! I'm like what if?? What if I can't dance in the pit, what if I can't go to Cubensis shows?? I'd take music over sex!!!

I was going to see Cubensis (Grateful Dead cover band) on Friday nite. I got the kindest email from someone ( still trying to figure who, lol) check it out..

"Well, Liz to tell the truth you have been missed (physically) for quite some time. The good news however is that I will do my best to send you all the good vibes that come my way....just shoot 'em right back out there for ya!!!! Get your rest, you'll need it sister...

Oh Lizz, i'm so sorry your feeling crappy hon. The flu thats going around is VERY bad! All a person wants to do is sleep. You feel like you have been hit by a steam roller and once you begin to feel better it hits again. I know a few who have had it , me included and it lasts awhile. Drink alot alot alot of liquids. Rest as much as possible and watch some funny movies. Laughter is so good for you. Get well soon sweetie. Go to docs k?

yes Liz, this flu is a killer. I am going on a month now, been taking antibiotics now for a week and it finally left my head and has went into my chest now, not sure when it will ever go away completely!! You need to go back to the doc for a follow up dear!!​
