Deposited $25 at royal joker yesterday early morning, logged on tonight went to bank page, says error. So i logged off an then on again, heres the message i get the casino has refused to log you on , your user account has been locked, huh? Ok i will e-mail support and see what the say, before i get real pissed.

Ok, e-mailed support , responded very quickly, reset account & everythings a-ok. So hats off for quick response and resolving quickly.

Gotta admit ... their support and service is excellent! And quick .... within a half hour (calculating by your posting times noted here) & your issue was resolved! Can't find that type of service everywhere!
