How do we in USA withdraw from Buzzluck

Hi, need assistance or ideas. I deposited to Buzzluck and won a small jackpot of $160. I don't want to lose it trying to get to the $350 min for check withdrawal. I've written them asking them to allow me to pay the fee for the check and send me the balance. I can't withdraw to mypaylinq as you have to make a deposit with them first, and I can't deposit...

anyway anyone else run into this, and what did you do? I'll let you know if they allow me to get a check for less than the minimum.

Sorry labell can't help you with this as I haven't even come close to getting above my deposits with them. Please do let us know how this turns out. Good luck!
 
They stuck the money back in the account, and didn't even bother to answer my email. Not responding to my email makes for pretty awful customer service if you ask me.
 
Well now that makes the whole thing confusing. Guessing they want you to continue to play until you hit the minimum? WEIRD! Agreed about the not answering your email and just putting the money back in your acct.
 
Well I almost made it, but lost in the end. No I can't afford to play there anymore either ... I understand their extreme problems getting money to the US, but inetbet and JPC have figured it out, why can't they?
 
Because they all have different payment processors!!!

This casino is owned by Club World Group, they have always been upstanding and one of the best! Sorry there are far and few trustworthy places to choose from for the USA players I will stand by them 100%%%

It does not make since to put your company on the line just to send a $100 check, I am sorry if you know you want to cash out small amounts then play at other places you know you can cash that amount out at.

ALSO read the cashout terms from now one everyone before you deposit!! This is ultimately you the players responsibilities, sorry I am having a hard to understanding where the casino was wrong here, they clearly have they payout terms listed!


Sorry to be so blunt and to the point I just feel that we need to be grateful to the places we are accepted at!

I am asking about the $350 to be changed why not give me a bit of time it is the holidays you know, also I did address the issue of you not being responded to in the email we sent back and forth Label I asked for you casino id that you never gave me!! I don't like public post like this when people are not told everything, such as I was privately trying to help you!

I totally trust and love Club World and all their casinos. I posted here, in this password protected private thread, a question to see if there was some method I'd missed. I posted here a full day before I wrote to you.

You and the staff have never ever failed me. I'm sorry if it appeared that I thought otherwise.

I remain a loyal Streaker and Club World player!

It is hard to get to that minimum, I know. It just gets so frustrating sometimes. I have been depositing less and less these days.

I love the minimum deposits at CWC, I can afford those, but the minimum cash out is my deterrent. Also, with them, I use to get deposit confirmations and random e-mail... now, I get nothing. The lack of random e-mail is fine, but, over the last year and a half or so, I almost never get replies when I write to them.

The "about face" of this is JPC, where the minimum depo. is way to much for me but the minimum withdrawal is great!

I am NOT trying to denigrate any of the sponsors........... I know they have been wonderful to the Streak......... just voicing my opinion.
