BiggerZ Still Hasn’t Explained What Happened to My 6.75 BTC

It’s been a while, and I still haven’t received a satisfactory response from BiggerZ regarding the approximately 6.75 BTC that remained in my account after my withdrawals stopped and my account was closed.

My KYC had been completed and approved, and I had successfully withdrawn funds before this happened.

After a significant win, I started requesting withdrawals. BiggerZ support informed me that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000, equivalent to roughly 0.15 BTC at the time, and instructed me to submit withdrawals around that amount.

I followed those instructions, and several withdrawals were processed successfully. However, the withdrawals eventually stopped, approximately 6.75 BTC remained in my account, and my account was later closed.

I contacted support several times, but I still haven't received a clear explanation.

Here are the questions I want BiggerZ to answer:

1. Why were my withdrawals stopped after I followed the instructions provided by support?
2. What was the exact reason my account was closed?
3. What specific rule or contractual term applies to my remaining 6.75 BTC?
4. What evidence supports the decision not to process my remaining balance?
5. If my account could no longer be used, why wasn't the remaining balance returned?

I understand that casinos may need to conduct compliance checks or review accounts. However, I want to know exactly what happened in my case. If BiggerZ believes I violated its terms, I want the specific clause and supporting evidence identified.

After failing to resolve the issue directly, I submitted a complaint to Casino Guru, but the matter remains unresolved.

I have also saved screenshots, conversations, withdrawal records and other relevant evidence. Since the forum won't allow me to upload everything directly, I've shared the available evidence here:

I'm not asking anyone to automatically take my side or conclude that BiggerZ acted improperly based only on my account of events. I'm asking for transparency and a proper explanation.

BiggerZ, it's been long enough, and I still need answers.

Why were my withdrawals stopped, why was my account closed, and what specific rule and evidence justify the decision concerning my remaining 6.75 BTC?

If there's a legitimate reason, please explain it clearly. If there isn't a valid basis for retaining the funds, I want my remaining balance returned.

A
ll I'm asking for is a fair resolution.

Wow, 6.75 BTC is a LOT of money! I can't even imagine how upsetting this must be for you.

What I don't understand is how they can approve your KYC, process several withdrawals, and then suddenly stop paying and close your account without giving you a straight answer. That just doesn't sit right with me.

I understand casinos need to protect themselves against fraud, but they also need to treat their players fairly. If you broke a rule, they should tell you exactly which one and provide some evidence. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an explanation.

I'm glad you saved all your conversations and filed a complaint with Casino Guru. Have they been any help so far?

If you haven't already, I would suggest sending BiggerZ one final formal complaint in writing, requesting the exact reason for closing your account and withholding your balance. Give them a reasonable deadline to respond and keep a copy of everything. With this much money involved, I would also seriously consider getting legal advice about your options.

I really hope you get this sorted out. That's a huge amount of money to have hanging over your head. Please keep us posted on what happens!
