okay,now cannot log into rtgs & micros,getting so upset,i have mcafee security,comcast high speed internet,what could be doing this i can get into internet, log into e-mail & everything else no problems.do not get this ever since upgrades last week,i want to play,now cannot get any casino,so fd up.

if you have system restore, restore it back to the last day you could successfully log in. then watch for any automatic updates. don't let them install.

If what Casinosally says to do doesn't work,then
try to disable your Mcafee and then log in..

Are they even loading at all or loading and but not letting you log in?

You may have to uninstall them all,delete them all out of your program files and redownload

what about your firewall have you tried disabling it?
Or windows defender ?

still nothing,i am getting crazy,crazieri have tried so many things,why did they change casinos,never had this problem before.internet is fine,pc 1 year old.great condition.can log in everywhere else.

Is it that you can't log in or that the casinos won't load at all?
I would say if you can't log in.. check with the casinos and see if your IP address is coming up as a banned state.. if it is then you should just have to send them proof of residency ( utility bill and photo id)..
I had to do that last week with Intertops and Villento

they load,i just cannot log-in.i just logged into the flash version,no problem.so what is keeping the download version from letting me log on,i also noticed i am in usa,i should not have my slots in games,but i do,it even states payout,so that is confusing to me.but cannot log in.does not state new games either,i think the software is all jacked up maybe,i just want to play new gamesis no one else having these problems,am i alone.

The new games dont load or even exist in my Jackpot Factory casinos..Ive re-installed the casino too but no new games... Well, I just have to play at another Micro casinos...sorry Jackpot Factory!

i am finally back in after 12 days,geeesh,my husband trouble shooted from his computer,finally figured it out,he is my hero for sure,he was happy i got in too,so i would not complain anymore as he does not gamble.
