Has anyone else noticed how slow the e-mail supprt at grand bay is , ever since they changed. Used 2 be all grandprive casinos had separte e-mails. Now there all lumped together. I used 2 be able 2 send an e-mail 2 get credit cards removed and within an hour it would always be done. Now over the last month or 2 , I can e-mail them for 24 hours straight {about 3 e-mails} and get no response. Every time i have 2 go 2 live support. Anybody else having this problem?
