I rec'd this email from my niece today! Her employer has something to do with mortgages, & refinancing, (I think).LOL Anyway this is what the email said;
"Just an FYI ...since the $700 billion $ bail out plan has been approved, there is a program that started today.. Homeowners hope program they can go thru their direct lenders and get reduction of loan amounts to 90% of current value and rate modification...Have a good day!!!"
