Don't frustrate yourself looking each day, don't count on it until at least Friday. I am told the x processor was holding money and doing payments like a bankroll, every 2 weeks. They have fired that processor and have a new one in place.

Most important is try to be patient, try to understand these casinos are doing their best to keep money flowing smooth but there will be hiccups the next few months until things stabilize!!!

They will NOT cheat you this place is solid I know the owner personally, he is a good hearted trustworthy man with tons of integrity. If I thought there were issues I think you all know I would NOT bullshit you.

Well at least we know what the problem was. I have always been paid by all of the Club World Group of Casinos, except when I lost my winnings from Club Woeld Casino with the QT issue. That is what I was worried about, another issue like that, but of course that was not the Casinos fault. I know we we all see our winnings, and thank goodness for Streak, where we can always get the best advice. streakrockssss:proud

I haven't checked the bank yet today but (and I know it's not the casinos fault) but.......... If I don't have it by tomorrow, I don't know what I am gonna do all weekend! I was banking on that for play money this weekend cause I was sure I would have it by now!

I had $11.00 in QT........... glad it wasn't more like some other people. I'd be spitting nails in their shoes!!!

I've decided not to look till Friday morning lol, but Mine will have to bounce out then get fixed then ach'd again. what an ach in the a**..... rofl

QT problem is resolved for me. I have over 500 in there, maybe 600 as I'd just hit and had it placed there... but I found out today my bank has a euro account in Germany to receive the wire from qt. The email today tells exactly what we have to do to get our qt payout... now if only VIllento would pay me my 400 lol!!! But Vixen's working on that so I have no $$ to play but lots is on it way!

OK,

It's Friday............ I checked my bank.......... NOTHING!!!

I am so pissed!

I have done payroll including direct deposits! There is no way the casino cannot contact that processor and find out EXACTLY where and when members can expect their money!!!

If they are doing it like "payroll", believe me, they know, AND they should be able to tell us something!

And, I know, You guys say it's not the casinos fault............. but, THEIR fault lies in the fact that they have not really done anything to get us information on just exactly when we will see the money! This I KNOW they can do!

I sympathise with you weesie, it feels horrible when you don't know what's happening, don't worry though there is a few of us that won't be playing on the weekend, so you aren't alone.

I just went to live help and chatted with "Cobie"

She said the cashier does not have chat abilities. So, I said If I call can I talk to the cashier?, she said yes.

Then, she said they will be available for the next 30 minutes. Then they will be leaving. I said, for the day? she said yes!

Ok, it's 9:30 here, they are 6 hours ahead.......... they leave for the day at 4:00 pm.......on a Friday??

So, anyway, she said their system is running slow when I called and asked me to call back in 5 or 10 minutes.

Doing that now!

It not just for money to play with, I need it for other reasons as well.

I just got off the phone with someone else and now they are saying a cashier will be there for another hour. And their system is still being a dick(my word)

She told me to try calling back in a little while again.

I feel the frustration... never recieved my withdrawl for $800 from all slots usa. and in the last month deposited about $300 at RTGs different ones, but hooked on bonus bingo and never win. But I still love everyone and appreciate everyone at the streak for all of their hard work.:thank youstreakrockssss

$800.00?? Ouch, mine is only $400.00! But, it's still driving me crazy!

Is All Slots a sister to Club World too?

It would help if they would give us SOME kind of info, anything! The only things I have heard about delays and reasons for them, I heard here at the Streak. When, I called the toll free, their system was running slow and they couldn't help me then, nor, an hour later when they told me to call back.

If you ask me, that's not good customer service, to leave members hanging out to dry and wondering what the hell is going on!

As much as I have enjoyed the CWC group, There are other excellent RTGs out there, perhaps some that can give straight answers when shit goes wrong!

At my bank, wires can hit your account during the day, but ach deposits are only run at night like direct deposits are run. So if it isn't there first thing in the morning I won't be getting an ACH deposit that day. At least it saves me the frustration of looking more than once...
