Hi

I am getting so frustrated with an ACH withdrawal from CWC. It was approved on the 7th. Last monday they said they were having trouble with a processor and had gotten a new one that would process in 3 to 5 days.

That's great for all the later withdrawals. In the mean time, here it is the 20th. I checked my bank on line and still nothing.

They said they understand and I will get my funds, but, WHEN???

I e-mail today and asked if there isn't some way they can at least trace it.

Probably won't hear back until tomorrow.

I have made several more deposits, showing good faith that I will get paid, but, I must admit.......... my patience is running thin.

I know how you feel. My High Noon withdrawal by ACH was approved on June 3rd and nothing as of today. I spoke with live chat today and they said that it should hit my bank account in a couple of days. It really worries me when they say trouble with processors, that is how I lost my 2 other withdrawals with QT. I also have a withdrawal with Rushmore that was approved on June 10th via wire transfer and one with Cherry Red that was approved on May 30th and nothing from either one of them yet. I have always been paid by both of them with no problem , and have always been paid by High Noon. Just hope and pray that it works out.

I know this is not the case or well it is not suppose to be but I would not put any faith into an ach. Only option to trust is a check and then dont put it in your real account go to a check cashing place.

The reason i say this is as we all know the usa gaming crap is at a high right now. Just as I said QT would shut down and it did. CWC is an awesome group and will get you your money but mark my words ach will be out soon to all usa players.

coffee i agree bout ach, recently i received my funds by InetBet, thru a chk delivered by fedex. took alittle longer than i thought it would, but i did deposit it in my bank acct. and it cleared in 24 hrs. (the reason, inetbet paid by ck is cause they said their processors were having problems and would pay by ck) weesie, maybe for now on, request a chk, and Congrats on your Win

I would feel better if nikkidog at least got hers by now, but, hers was approved 4 days before mine and she has not. That means an even longer wait for me? It's anybodies guess.

I wished when I asked about doing the ACH for the first withdrawal of my Random win that they had told me that they were having problems with processors, but they told me that it was perfectly safe and there would be no problems. If I had known it was going to take this long I could have withdrew by check for all of it. The 3000.00 I did by check came in only 3 business day and cleared fast. hopefully I will see this week and weesie also.

Hang in there guys. CWC will get you paid. Please, please, please remember this is NOT the casinos fault. It is totally the banking processors trying to get things taken care of with the government breathing down their necks.

I've got two ach's out there too. One from Cherry Red and one from Club World. The next win at Club World I took by check, and it arrived in 2 working days... so That's the only way for me from now on. The delay at club world is partially my own fault, as I know I gave them the wrong routing number, but it is from May 31... I don't think they have a clue where the funds are, but I know they'll pay eventually. I sure wish it would get here though... Thanks Vixen for looking into it...

To all that are waiting on an ACH. Are you sure that the problem is not on the banking end? There is a good chance that your ACH's were bounced back...Just a thought.

Sorry I disagree Coffee about check cashing places!! They love to call to verify checks, they give a hassle all the time> Just deposit it into your bank and wait for the cash> There is always banks wires too>

They can call all they want when they do they dont say yes this person is being paid by check for a casino. the problem is no one and i mean no one knows what the us government is gonna do. if you dseposit into your bank account you just made more paper tracks.

Just received an email from High Noon. They said they don't have any further information about the ACH withdrawal and they are waiting for answers about what is going on with the ACH withdrawals.

There is a good chance that your ACH's were bounced back...Just a thought.

I know for a fact mine will be bounced back, I gave them the routing number for wires instead of the correct one. They simply have "no" info on where the funds are. I do KNOW however, that they are honorable and trustworthy and eventually I'll get my funds.

Coffee, I know what you're saying and for years avoided getting checks. But don't kid yourself we're tracked at check cashing places too... we have to show id, all the banking here is tied together, and the check cashing place has to ultimately deposit those checks in the bank. All of our paper money has wires imbedded in it. Our phones have gps... it's big brother for sure. but if we want to play and especially if we win these are the additional chances we have to take... I just try to minimize drawing any more attention to myself....

My main worry would be the IRS and tax liability. But to be honest I've probably lost as much as I've won, and those losses would offset the wins. Just as in a land casino or lottery win.

With every seizure of the poker sites, though, the player was ultimately paid.

as for worrying about the other things, I simply can't. We'd go crazy trying to figure out all the what ifs. I say play, enjoy, play where you can withdraw to suit yourself.

I'm NOT worried about Clubworld, they'll fix it or make it right.

I found out today that the reason our withdrawals have been delayed is because the processor that the Club World group is using now has only been processing withdrawals twice. a month. They are in the processor of getting a new processor and they said when they do then ACH payouts should only be
taking 5 days. They said that withdrawals that were approved the beginning of the month are just starting to hit bank account and was told no tto worry because we will be getting paid. So we should be getting paid soon. I hope.
