Hi guys, help is here...
Firstly it is our pleasure in regards to the Free spins on Cashapillar seeing that it's CasinoShares birthday we are giving all new registered players Free spins on their first deposit until the end of May.

In regards to the download concerns we can confirm that everything is running smooth on our side as we test the download regularly but yes a stable internet connection is vital.
Also I am not too sure if some of you are experiencing problems accessing the Free Play but please note the following in regards to this:
1) Log onto the downloaded casino software with your account number and password.
2) Say ‘No’ to buy credits.
3) Click on the Free Play button that appears on the Homepage within the software.
4) A separate page will open up with the Terms and Conditions of the Free Play offer.
5) Activate your ActiveX controller by right click on the little bar that comes horizontally across the top of the terms and conditions page.
6) Once active and installed scroll down the Terms and Conditions page and click on the Start Free play button.
It is imperative to activate the controller as the flash version requires this to operate.
If you don’t come right by activating the controller from the Free Play terms and conditions then alternatively you can access the flash software directly and it will also prompt you to activate it in there.
If you are able to load a game without any problems you can rest assured, that it’s been installed or activated.
Ensure that you don't have any pop-up blockers on and that your Intenet settings are set to medium then there should be no reason as to why you would not be able to access the Free Play.
