I just want to post what I just received from Vegas Regal illustrating how their cashout process works. I cashed out last Wednesday and still have not received my cashout so wanted to find out how they did them. Let me say that they have all my docs as this is not my first cashout, I flushed my withdrawl instantly when I made it. So with that said, why is it still taking so long. I am afraid if Rival doesn't change their cashout policy I may not be spending my money with them much longer. Just my point of view, but this just seems way too long to have to wait when we can deposit in seconds and they are glad to take them instantly.

Following up on your email.

Here is the full process of cashouts.

Player cashes out.

Has to complete the 24 hour reversal period or have the withdrawal flushed.

Once one of those 2 are met, the cashout will appear in the auditing section for accounting to process.

ALL cashouts are processed in the order in which they appear in the auditing section.

Most cashouts are looked at withing 2 days of arriving in the auditing section.

So if accounting determines that docs would be needed the request is normally done within the first 3 days.

If no docs are needed then the final payment is done within 5 days.

Remember these are business days SAT-SUN do NOT count.

If docs are requested an email will be sent to the player.

I have a theory on why some are instant and some are not... CEKS and I and many others have bemoaned cashout times in many posts....

Just a few observations I've made on these type issues. It seems the most generous of the casinos, as Vegas Regal is definitely!, do not pay staff to work on weekends. Rather than adding to their payroll, which decreases their bottom line, they give bigger bonuses and free chips to the players... who then have to accept the slower cashout times.

The quickest of the casinos to pay out are often the ones less inclined to offer the huge bonuses... but they are paying the payroll to have weekend staff.

Either way I think it comes down to their own financials... at least it seems so to me...

I gave up months ago worrying over the time of cashouts on the reliable casinos... Since I have a general idea of the cashout time of each that I play at, I tend to deposit to the quick ones when I am trying to increase my bankroll... and take the better bonuses at the slower ones when my bankroll is flush....

Well my opinion on this matter is.. those that are slow at cashing out are hurting themselves.Personaly if i reach my goal to cashout wich is usualy 500.00 though its hard to remember its been so long lol I cashout and then i want to play again. So until my cashout is processed off to another casino i go.

Oh pleeeeeeeeeease! Why do you guys continue to moan and groan about whether a casino takes one day or ten days to process a withdrawal If I had any luck and got to withdraw anything these days, I would not care if it took a month! Why are you all not spending your time talking about good things, fun things, happy things. We have soooo much going on in the forum with all the free spins, great promos and wonderful contests, that you should be talking about those things. NOT that one casino pays out faster than another and why. Come on, cheer up and have FUN! :friends

Judy,

I am totally agree with you on this! But until we get our funds that we won, we can't play in the casino again usually. Just like me now, I am waiting on my $700 withdrawl to hit so I can take $400 and pay a little debt off then take the remaining and re-deposit this. I am not trying to make this into a groaning and moaning, I am just curious why casinos don't pay out faster because I am more then likely going to play at that casino with my cashout if it comes back to me more quickly. Like Inet, I deposit there all the time knowing my cashouts will be in my QT the next morning when I wake up. So guess what, I will take a little of my cashout and save it and the rest gets to go right back to try and win more at that same casino and then maybe play at one or two other casinos.

Thank you

These slowpaying casinos will learn the hard way sooner or later if the dont adjust and evolve like everything else in this world. Its not like they are poor and cant hire one person doin a couple of withdrawals on Saturday and Sunday... we all know why they dont do it. More and more player open their eyes about these withdrawal times as I can see here + I see many more fast paying casinos which are smart which look at and meeting players demands. Fast payouts IS the only way to keep players playing in the future. 95% of my deposits goes to fast paying casinos. Who are the losers(except me when losing the deposits..lol)

I would kill for hearing a slow paying casino manager explain here why they are so slow...LOL!
:rodrge

CEKS I am with you! I can totally understand though if they don't want to do cashouts on the weekends. I am fine with that, I don't want to work weekends either, and I don't. I just wish they could process them though in 24hrs during the week, heck, I would take 48hrs if I knew I would get it within that time frame. But these answers of 2-5 business days and that's all they can tell you no matter when you contact them is not cutting it with me. That's kind of like the Sears repair guys giving you a time between 8am - 5pm that they will be out to fix your appliance.....THAT SUCKS and I refuse to use people that can't give you a better time so you don't have to take a full day off to wait for them to fix something. HE HE...then again could be a good excuse to stay home and gamble. AHHH HAAA HAAA
