Hi all, well heres what happened...I sent in all docs and faxback form right after i won. That was on Wed i think. Then about 6hours later went back in and withdrawaled but it said i needed to send in info. So thinking they didnt do anything with it yet i waited more. On Thurs i went back and tried again and still it wouldnt leave my balance. So i contacted support and asked about it. The guy said finance doesnt work on Fri and Sat but would proccess on Sun. So I said thanks and left. It dawned on me that it was Thurs but i waited anyways. But on Fri i went back and asked if they got me email with info and was told no..send again but send to
[email protected] so i did. The one i sent to was what i was told to send to at
[email protected] well needless to say both were wrong and they didnt get that either. I tried a few times then wanted to play and lost every cent!! I could just kick myself in the face! I'm so pissed. I've never had problems with a casino getting my docs like i have with this.
