No it is something where you buy a card and you can deposit and withdrawal to, but there is an $8 a month fee. Thanks Judy.

Just wanted to update this. Although I have not tried this at this casino it does work at Intertops perfectly. Takes about a week to get card and four days to get it loaded, Intertops charges $25 for putting it on there and card is $50. But same as WU. But it is only good for WD, no depositsing.

When you get ready to withdrawal, go to their website, under banking click on payout and then you will see a more info link under debit card reload. Click that and it will tell you to send an email from their site for the card. And download the info about the fees also. There is a $25 fee from Intertops and a $4 fee for atm withdrawals. It is only for withdrawing from their casino. It takes 4 days after that, assuming all your other paperwork has already have been verified. But I think, not sure but I think you can use it at places like Slots Jungle and those casinos, they have that card as an option to deposit. You can also use this card at Walmart to shop with anywhere there's a Union Pay sign you can use it.

I meant to say above it takes 1-2 weeks to get the card and 4 business days after you withdrawal to get money on card.
