Hey silkprint,

I just wondered what loyalty level you are? I am a low gold or silver and I cashed out from JCP on Sunday. It says it's approved in the cashier but I haven't gotten an e-mail or tracking # yet.

They sure took care of you quick!

I was a platinum at one time and I think I had quicker service then.

Anyway, just curious!

Hi just making my first withdrawal from JPC and it was a free chip, and max is $50. How in the world can I possibly cashout? I sent in verification docs. so hoping they can shed some light on this.

Anyone know what they can do?

Sorry, I do not know the minimum cashout for checks. Does it not say so when you choose a withdrawal method?

The minimum for a check to cashout is $150. I went to live chat and in order to cashout I would need to deposit $100 to cashout the $50. YEA Right! Then in essense this is NOT a free chip.
Sorry, I don't get it..but, I shouldn't have to make a deposit in order to cashout off a free chip. They should state this in their rules especially for us here in the USA.

To me this is a "Catch22."

I can ask when I am in Barcelona about them making an exception on free offers for only Streak Gaming members that support us and our contest.

I really have no clue what level I am . I used to depoit more ..now only 2x a month and usually thats only 50 at a time .
They give me quite a few free chips out of the blue .
