Finally, precious-woman. I am second guessing myself from playing there since there has been delays in payments within this group. I know, I know processors, but still ALL casinos have to deal with the whole processor issue and don't take as long to pay. Grrrr...hurry up gov. and let me play again without risk of problems. I just wanted to let everyone know that my check arrived today!! They sent me an email saying that the wrong check WOULD NOT come to me and the tracking number which matches this one, so I trust its good to deposit!!!

I REALLY wish it wasn't so stressful to get our payments!! I know it's not really CWC's fault, BUT it shouldn't be this crazy!!

Oh, I am so happy for you hon!

I cashed out $185.00 from the free chip they gave me. Using the "paymycard" method.

It will be less than that though because the subtract the bonus and I think there is a $9.00 fee. I am hoping the

"paymycard" works well, because minimum withdrawal like that is only $20.00.

But, I cashed out 48 hours ago. I emailed the cashier this morning asking them to please approve my withdrawal


so it wouldn't be sitting there all weekend................ do you think the did???? Heck no!

That is true Judy, but, whatever happened to the "pending" or "reversible" for 48 hours thing? Right now, not

counting the weekend, it has passed the 72 hour mark. It was at 48 hours still on Friday.

And no replies to e-mails I have sent either.

I know Streak supports them, I do too and they were/are a good group. They have just not got their act together

when it comes to customer service! It is only getting worse. What kind of business, in any industry, would survive

in the markets of today, if they ignore their customers. Not many......

Well, yes, I have had a few wins recently. No major ones. I have decided to take my "CWC' business elsewhere. My withdrawal was returned to "active", less the bonus, so, I had to re-request it. I assume the wait time starts all over! (I usually don't use bonuses at CWC because I like to play the tourneys) But this was a "we miss you" bonus after I had not deposited for 1 week.

Original date 04/18/2012, today 04/24/2012........ anymore, if you win at their casinos, you better make it big, because small withdrawals are just not worth the headaches.

I am/have been a loyal CWC player since 2008. In all of their sites.

I will appreciate their business when they appreciate mine!

I think the biggest issue here is that they are not giving us as many options as they THINK they are!!
If I manage to make a hundred or two hundred bucks and I want to withdraw it.... then I want to withdraw it!!
I don't want to be told "sorry our minimum is ____" and be stuck trying to build a balance higher and losing what I had!!

My Intertops check arrived yesterday. No hassles, No delays! I stopped playing at Inetbet because months ago I had played a "free $5" and I had NO WAY of getting the money out! Inet kept telling me to use "mypaylinq" but I couldnt because mypaylinq wanted me to deposit and I haven't had the "extra" funds to do that!!! When we had Quicktender it was fine. We could withdraw as little as $20. The win I had at Inetbet was a $50 max cashout. They told me that anything I won on the tourneys wasn't withdrawable because I won with the max cashout of $50! Since I had no way of getting my money out I had to have them wipe out my balance and then they had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't "entitled" to a birthday bonus!!!??? I HAD been a loyal member since 2007 BUT I stopped playing there because I was treated like I wasnt worth anything! They made NO effort to help US players with withdrawal methods and when my birthday came and they said My "birthday gift" was a 100% deposit match!!! The 1st time EVER that they didn't give me a cash bonus for my birthday, so it hurt!! I know bonuses are a gift, for which I am so grateful..... but come on!!! Birthday!! loyal player since 2007!! I said forget it! I might deposit in the future.... but right now I am doing ok between Club World and Intertops. Club World gives $25 "welcome back" bonuses ALMOST every month! the max cashout is withdrawable. the Inetbet managers bonuses were getting very skimpy. I was lucky to get $5!!
Club World was nice enough to "make an exception" and issue me a check for under the minimum check amount!

I know myself, I am playing cautiously & patiently and making withdrawals of $250 or $150!! It's something and every little bit helps! Not sure what weesie's method is... but playing slow, building and being patient has been working for me!!

Sorry you feel that way weesie. I know it must be frustrating, we are all dealing with this because of the crap with the government. I wouldnt stop playing at CWC or Intertops no matter what because at this point they are the ONLY ones I can actually play at! lol So I guess I see it a little different than you, I am just thankful that they still allow US players unlike Microgaming, Playtech, Net Ent, IGT and every other software! If not for the RTG casinos we would be completely left out in the cold! So If I have to wait a little bit for a cashout I will, it sure beats the alternative! ​

It is tough! I never take a deposit bonus at CWC because of the tourneys. (this withdrawal is from a "we miss you" bonus, because I went 1 week without depositing, 1 week! See, they know, and expect to see me there almost everyday!) I do use them at their sister sites. Even using a bonus, I have only cashed out once at one of the other sites. LuckyRed, about a month or so ago. Never at any of their other sites. No wait, I think I had one from Aladdins, a few years ago. So, naturally, I want to play at the one I have a chance, well, better chance at winning at.

It is just too frustrating. I rely on winnings to keep playing. Preferring not to spend too much if I don't have those winnings to draw from. So, if my cash outs are delayed, for whatever reason, I am in limbo. By my own accord, of course, but, just the way I do it.

It just feels like to me, that we, as patrons don't really matter to them unless we are depositing........... if we are withdrawing......... it's a "we'll get to it when we can" sort of thing.

Carey, I know we have few other options, but, I can't help thinking they know that too....... all too well. I.E. "They are in the US, they expect slow payouts". Not saying this IS the case, just that it could be and how would we know if it was? We wouldn't.

Originally.... I was mortified to have Club World tell me to "destroy the check" that I was expecting... but that check never even came to my door... and it may have taken a bit, but the check DID come and it cleared immediately! The same with my Intertops check!! Intertops was drawn on Bank of America and it cleared MY bank (which is not bank of america) right away!!


I think that they are just like every other casino and they hope that if they wait long enough you WILL reverse your withdrawals and play them!! I am too stubborn to do that! I refuse to reverse a withdrawal, thats just me.


Club world AND Intertops both treat me wonderfully!! The freebies they give me every single month ARE withdrawable!!

I miss being able to play at the other casino's that shut US players out... like the Fortune lounge group!! So... I am thankful for the casinos that treat us SO good. I never, in a million years would have expected Inetbet to treat me the way they did!! But, they did. So I chose not to deposit there and I would rather wait for withdrawals from those who treat us great!! I know what your saying weesie, with your funds being tied up because thats your play money, it's frustrating but personally I think it's worth the wait. (While I am waiting for my withdrawals, I just play the new casinos, or the Nuworks ones that I still have small balances in! )

It had been a long, long time since I had managed to make a withdrawal! Literally, the day before QT shut us out and took our money!! I had JUST withdrawn $200 to QT & the next day was locked out!!! So I am just happy to make a couple withdrawals!!!

Weesie I am SO happy for you!!!! Awesome!! Now was this cashout the one you requested to "paymycard"?? and if so, was it netspend & did you have any issues?? (I heard some people had thier cards/accounts frozen by netspend until the casino informed netspend that it was an affiliate payment. (or something like that!!) I'm curious.

Yes precious_woman, it was a paymycard withdrawal and it worked fine. But, no, not to netspend...... still haven't

gotten one of those. Keep thinking about it though. They have fees, right? My debit card does not, well, about 20c

per purchase.
