So figured something would happen that i would not get this cashout. THe Club World group has been nothing but trouble for me at anytime.
I just received the news today that my deposit was declined and will not be approved because i used 2 free chips which they are saying is not permitted. the support lady sent me a link to the terms and conditions, and what i see, is that only one free chip is allowed before a deposit is made, it says nothing about how many free chips are allowed after a deposit has been made.
I would have been fine if in the very beginning if they could have told me withdrawal would not be approved, but the 1st couple times i talked with support, they led me to believe that i was good to go for withdrawal, and even after all the headache i went through for the third time trying to get docs approved, not to mention having to spend over $100 to get my license renewed because i let them expire by mistake, ( i would have waited until after christmas to do this, but though i would gain an xtra $100 for the holidays) now i get the rejection email, i inquire about it with live support, and they tell me that i broke a term.
***Only one free bonus can be claimed on any account before the first deposit is completed. If an account is funded entirely with a free bonus, in addition to our other requirements, an approved deposit is necessary to validate the account before any withdrawals will be processed. ***
This is the only term i see that says anything about more than one chip. I successly redeemed 2 coupons over 2 1/2 years ago, then a few days later, i made a deposit , 7 months later, i claimed a new games coupon back in 2009, and then this year, i claimed the 25thanks coupon in november that THEY sent me.
The term does not state how many chips can be claimed after a deposit is made, nor did the free chip terms.

I'm very upset with club world, and i have NEVER been impressed with them. I asked for support to close all accounts i have associated with CWC group. They are supposedly the #1 casino in the industry, but i haven't seen much to prove it.
I think i'll stick with Intertops, and Hell with CWC!! :chainsaw

So sorry to hear of your problems hon. I have never had a problem with them.
But, then too, I rarely use a bonus. Then the holiday ones, I try to rack up wagering points with instead of trying to cash out on the chip itself.
I mean free is free and I will use them but not with much hope. I almost never use a match bonus........ can't come even close on the wagering.

Ok, so, after writing this post, (expressing just how i felt atm and being my opinion) i left for work and just got home and was checking some emails, i got a reply back from the final email i wrote to CWC (cause i was at least gonna let them know how i felt) i got a reply back saying that theire was a little misunderstanding with support, and they will now allow my cashout. Although, i have to resend another copy of my photo ID.(which is ok i guess if it takes one more time)
So, i still do not feel too strongly about CWC, but i do feel a little better that they are gonna honor my withdrawal now. It is much appreciated that they reconsidered or whatever they decided to do, however, i know that they are tops for alot of people and have been tops in the industry, its just that i have been through alot of hassle trying to become a regular player. I used to deposit some with their other casinos, but last time i won about $750 and reversed it all back before getting docs approved by them after sending them three times in that period. ( i am in now way blaming them for letting my momma hog out) at that time, it just seemed like alot of hassle trying to get the docs approved when i had 2 other reputable RTG's to play at with no troubles and very fast payouts.
So all in all, at least Kudos for them trying to make it right.

Well, here it is, January 6th and i have yet received this withdrawal. I feel like Club World of All Groups and Casinos is giving me the run around about this!
I was told because of the holiday's before Christmas that it would have been at least the 27th before receiving it, and i never received it, after they told me that i would now receive this withdrawal.
I sent another Email on January 2nd asking them why i have not received this yet, and they said they needed me to call and confirm a few detils, which i did on monday and was told it would take up to 48hrs to receive the withdrawal. It's past 48 hrs now, and i still haven't received it. I have sent another email explaining that i have done everything they have asked, so lets see what reply i get back this time.

There must be a problem somewhere with the account. I have played at club world for years and never had a problem.
I had a large cash out in August, it took 3 weeks of payments to get because it was more than the weekly withdrawal limit.
Then last saturday I hit for 3 grand and had it yesterday in my bank.
So sorry to hear of your problems with them, eishagirl. It is not the norn for them.

iluv club world and usually they are very fast.but my last withdrawal took a long time almost 2 wks. nothing was needed from me but i got lots of excuses but in the end i did get it. just stay calm and continue to email them.Ok, i received my payout for $225 this morning.! finally! lol I did ask yesterday how come it was only $225 instead of $250. (When i originally withdrawed, i withdrawed $304, plenty to cover the sticky chip, and max was $250) I was told had received $25 in december (which i never received) and that's why it was $225.
At this point, i'm not worried about the $25, and just happy to have the $225 of it. I will continue to play with CWC, afterall, i finally have those doc approvals complete there, and hope that they can live up to the reputation like Labell speaks of, and i won't have any more issues with them.
