I am not slamming the casino, but I do want people to know about what happened to me. I was very angry yesterday, but I have calmed down a bit today. I wanted to go and play in the casino but I was locked out. I talked to live chat and they said that it was because there were 2 accounts from my address. Now I live in a house that also has a basement suite, but the same address is used for both places. That is something that is between my landloard and the city, has nothing to do with me. When I tried to explain this to him, he just wanted to pass the buck to somebody else. Saying that he would send my questions to accounts and they could figure it out, then they would decide whether or not to unlock my account. This upsets me because they are actually in the right because there is only suppose to be one account per address, but on the other hand, there should also be exceptions. The worst part of it is that the person who rents the basement suite just happens to be my daughter and her boyfriend. We each have our own computers and internet, and I can't help that she likes to gamble online.

Like I said I am NOT slamming the casino. I just think that live support was very rude to me and not very understanding at all.

So if you live in a house that has a basement suite that is also being rented out, using the same address (because that is the way the city does it) don't open an account with them because you will be locked out.

I will look into this for you but any casino will close an account in this situation for their own protection, how would they know your not opening mulitple accounts? I need an id please thanks.

When I still lived with Victoria's father there were a couple casino that we both played at. I would contact the casino before makeing a deposit!! And any casinos that didn't want our action- we just gave our money to the next guys !!!!

I would FLIP if we won, only to be locked out!!

Yes, in future I will email casinos before I even open an account with them.:eek:

Sorry Vixen, I missed your first post for some reason.

I have sent an email to Tom and I am just waiting for his response. If I can't get an answer back from him, then can I get you to try and find out for me?
