I am told the registration issue is fixed!! The state issue is still there but that is going to be fixed as well soon. You may have to uninstall the casino and try again if you are having an issue.

Finally got the casino to register me by deleting and downloading again. But now the code will not work.. says the usual cannot honor at this time. Sent them an email but no reply yet. It amazes me how much time we gamblers spend trying to get a free buck here and there. LOL but I plead guilty!
