I got the $25 in both Royal Joker and Intertops, but no emails, so it is worth to take a look..

It is sad to hear you got some issues and I guess it is because you are from the states..

I emailed all the required documents and after a few hours i was approved to cash out at both casinos..

As CurtLove says..Try calling them, it can take some of the "misunderstandings" out of the way, and things goes a little faster..
