No idea what that means!

ok. i was curious so I asked them what "lapsed meant" and...
"Lapsed simply means those players who have not played or deposited with us in a while.
Feel free to contact us should you have any further queries, we'll be happy to assist.
Thank you for choosing Royal Joker."

Is this true? Have yall not played in a while there?

There was an email that promoted Royal Joker's Santa's Randsom promo and some players received $25 per the email ... I deposit there regularly and I received one, so this was not for lapsed players only.

Royal Joker is a great casino and sometimes I get a bonus from them and sometimes I don't. (based on their specific bonus criteria at the time).


They probably get a ton of phone calls from those that may have not received one.
