THEY WERE CAREY,snoball I also missed the emails being very very sick from High Noon for $35 free and Allstar Slots for $50 free. AND AM A BIG DEPOSITER AT THAT GROUP AND WOULD NOT LET ME USE ;( oh well cant expect to have them break rules !!!
I am pretty sure the codes were only good for 24 hours! :grr:grr

PS guys do you also seem to only getting emails from a sender called ZHEN???? Or is that just my own account manager now? I might send an email asking about my status with the group. And if it's bad then they can closed all my accounts. There are some other good RTG out there. Also really like the new RTG slots which I play at Lucky Club Casino. Which sent 100$ bonus for holidays :)
But I hope it is just a mess up after they changed management etc. Recently. So could be they only look back a month or 2 which would some of us look like no good customers at all.
I will see what I get back from them and post here. They have always been a great group giving out lot of nice freebies.
So no hard feelings there. Also happy to hear some of you guys are getting nice surprises :) good luck all.

I guess this is only way they will get message. This is not only about freebies and if getting no deposit chips or not.
Sorry my dear but need to get bit more rant out. That Hignoon $35 was NOT a freebie anyway. You would have to make a deposit that day before claiming then it would had worked. It is all over at Casinomeister.

Also problems with delays in withdrawals. And just there general marketing way now is beyond belief :think

All this I feel you as a nice gambling site should warn players here as members about problems there right now.

Instead I can see in other thread it is the other way around, you actually encourage members and visitors here to deposit or and open account with Casinos in their group.

I will not link to Casinomeister or to different threads there. As I know this is against rules here at Streak Gaming.

But I do not feel it is correct ethic here to put this Casino Group that high anymore or prasie them highly. I used to love them and with VIP status on several of their Casinos. Also been with them since they opened. I know what I am talking about.

Latest tactics from seems to be Cross marketing as well. Member at Casinomeister telling that he/she received email for 50$ freebie at casino at CWC that he/she did not even have account on. This is way against Affiliates working hard for them as well!!

This casino group is to avoid at the moment and stay clear off. Until hopefully they get their acts together. And start giving proper customer service like 32RED is clear example off. Just to mention one of them.

By the way. No response on any emails sent to them. Spent 1 hour doing a long email. Which was not being rude at all. It was actually e more a trying to be postive and ask about my status with them and lots more. They seemed to be getting bit better with withdrawals situation again. But lately all these complains posts all over has made me feel they are not worthy being Accredited casino group anymore.

I doubt I will hear anything back from them. Despite email sent to different casinos support also asked forward to management.

Will be interesting following the situation at Casinomeister.

i left this group cuz they didn't offer me deposit bonuses anymore. and yes, if i deposit regular i di expect to get the freebies everyone else gets. they also elevated my minimum bet too

Bryan has them listed as an accredited group, they are still HUGE sponsors over there as well so please don't come tell us how to run our site based on what is happening on another site. Every site is different the Streak has been around for close to 10 yrs anyone that is long standing here knows full well we ALWAYS put our members first before dollars!!
I am in total agreement that things are getting silly with bonuses there which is why we have decided to NOT run anymore contest with them after the 1st of the year.
We are also talking about taking down new player offers as well until they get their act together.
There are processing issues all the time folks you can thank the gov for that. I am not going to rogue and pull the group at this moment I believe they deserve the chance to change the marketing practices and get the
business back in order. They are NOT stealing from players they are NOT scamming players they are still owned and ran by a very upstanding and reputable man whom I know personally.
I am going to give him the chance to make things right.

This time of year is quite frustrating for banking purposes. As VWM says there are a number of bank holidays and this not only affects the staffing levels in our offices but also our ability to move money through the banks. Funds that we send to processing accounts do not move during bank holidays and we cannot submit payment batches to the banks either.

We have arranged for staff to be available every day throughout the Christmas period and have been making payments at every opportunity, including Christmas Eve.

I understand that this is also very frustrating for you and we will resume processing withdrawals at full speed as soon as the banks and processors open for business again.

club world casino group does pay fast...i normally had my cashout in my e-wallet in 48 hrs. they are the quickest pay group that i've played at. but i can't get them to tell me why they elevated my min bet and quit offering me deposit bonuses. all they offered was 35% and i can't tie up my deposit for something like that

Hi I fully agree with your statement here which really put it right. Can be very hard for me getting it set up correctly when I want to post in a rush sometimes so sorry about that.

I am very happy you have made a honest statement here. And it is great to hear.

Not sure if it is Tom you are mentioning. But Tom is a brilliant guy. One of the best in this Business they can be really proud to have him in their fold. I would say he is the one keeping the ship floating at the moment. And I would love to see them turn this around to all positive.

And yes there are no problems at all with stealing or scamming. They are not at all like that. So fully agree and you are absolute right.

There has though been some things coming up lately about processing fees so would advise everyone to check old bank statements if correct amounts are being taken from your bank account. This is not at all just CWC it is a processor problem... We are not talking big money but a couple dollars here and there can build up. I must admit I have never checked twice as I always has had budget to play with most of time. And knew how much money I had total. And would then make my deposits different places.

To finish off yes sorry I did not mean to try and come and tell you guys how to run. I have not got any way to do this. You are the experience here and all your hard work in 10 years running a site. I have got nothing I can say to that. So sorry for writing the way I did I should at least show you respect deservered. Hope my long post here clears that up.

I am very happy to see you are taking stand in regards to problems at moment.

Enough of my rant about CWS hope they will get time and peace now to rebuild strenght. I am sure 2013 will be a Strike back year for CWC bring them up to the best again. And much better look into giving loyal players better options. Also sure freebies will be floating again. I must also be very hard for them at moment with the problems they have.

Just to put withdrawals right from my side. Personally I can not complain. As they have always been good to me. And I have been lucky with fast withdrawals. I have also made sure to praise them a lot in past for that. But very hard as other players came and and expressed their anger why they had to way 5 days and up to month for their payment. I was only using statement from several other players around the globe.

We always appreciate thoughts, warnings and opinions :) Never be sorry for that! Your lucky since you can play in the other casinos outside the US but us folks in the US are held to playing in only a few these days,
it sucks but that is the way of life..lol I don't find very many trust worthy RTG to advise customers to play at which is why I am very reluctant to toss out this group because as you said Tom is a wonder worker, I have faith
he will help the group get back on the right track.

Glad to have members such as yourself here on the Streak :)
