Well it is sad to see a new casino go to hell :( I don't like Winpalace at all because they are new and used in the past marketing practices I am totally against. Paid in 7 to 10 days is ridiculous a casino should have enough capital to pay players in a reasonable amount of time!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Daniel, I work for the company that markets CasinoTitan.com, as well as 3 additional brands.

As you know we have acquired CasinoTitan and due to this process there have been some delays in CS response time.

I truly apolgize for that, as you understand it's not an easy process and took few days, but it's almost behind us and within a day, everything will be back on track.

We see great potential in this brand and hope to see it grow and gain more and more fans.

I could never get Casino Titan to load properly for me, even before the switch.

I hope that this can all be worked out....I know Titan had/has a big following here.

Sorry to bother anyone here however I haven't trusted this casino for awhile now :(. Let me explain.....I've taken up numerous offers and deposited several amounts to no avail. The wagering requirements are awhile and then I have sat and spined a $5 a pop on quarters for over 50 spins and never hit anything, the same thing has happen on a $1 a spin playing nickels. It seems that and yes I say "Seems" to be something wrong with this RTG to me, and the only reason I have played there was because of the Streak Forum. I don't post much but I do read alot and when this thread come up I have finally decided to say something. Neil Diamon was the Vip manger and then I was gettting "Gifts" all the time, now nothing much since the "NEW" Vip manger come aboard and did everyone not get the email that he was going on a "YEARS" vacation? I have been very frustrated with this casino and beleive I won't be playing there any longer nor would I recomment them to anyone.

Thats so strange because i have cashed out twice at Casino Titan and find them to be the loosest of all RTG's! BUT that was before the new owners so very unsure of them right now.....but I have hope! :yes

Hi, I have to put in my 2 cents.....I have put several hundred dollars in Casino Titan and have never won anything. They have very tight slots as far as I have seen. I has been very frustating for me. Also their playthrough is rediculous. I received a $7 bonus and the playthrough was $600. You have to laugh at that!!! Not playing here anymore.

I have mixed feelings about Casino Titan - thought I'd share them with you. I deposited last Sunday BEFORE I read this thread about the new owners. When I went to withdraw, I DID notice the request for the faxback form, but figured I didn't need to submit it as I had withdrawn before. So my withdrawal sat until Tuesday when I finally submitted all security docs.

I did PM Daniel and he responded, and I was paid on Saturday. So it did NOT take 7-10 working days even with the delay of the docs... but was that because of his intervention or will that be the normal tme? Only time will tell.


I will tell you that new owners of anything make me a mite nervous. In this case I really feel that shot themselves in the foot with their loyal players. I believe in openness especially in financial online matters - and am very surprised that they did not tell us of the changeover. How different our opinions might have been if they'd made a big announcement to us with all the hoopla and bonuses a happy event like that SHOULD have entailed. But it was all quiet and hush hush... which is why I'm still unsure about them.

I've been told by live chat that the old owners did not turn over any of our security info - which is why it had to be resubmitted. And that the old owners had shut down the finance department email address and it took the new owners a few days to realize that. But at the time the email to finance bounced back my heart was in my toes as I figured I'd never get paid.


I guess only time will tell if they get all the kinks ironed out. I just think it's a crying shame to have a fantastic casino go to hell in a handbasket in just a few days time.

I would appreciate if you would stop spamming me with your other brands such as winpalace and slots jungle, I have NO INTENTIONS of every playing there and I know you only got my email address because you bought Titan. What your doing us using shady and jacked up marketing practices.

I was wondering who slots jungle was connected to. I keep getting emails from them. They go straight into the trash anyway, but I do like to know who they are connected to.
