Casino Titan: New Owners(Spam Issues)

Just got out of a chat with support from I was asking about the freeroll slots tournies because there were none listed yesterday and none so far today.

Well, support said they were in the process of switching owners yesterday and still trying to finish up.

I hope this is not bad news. They did not tell me who the new owners are.

I am sure this happens a lot more than we are aware in the casino world. Hopefully nothing will change at the casino, unless it is for the better. fairy

We will find out everything you can and keep you all informed. I am a little upset myself as is this is my favorite RTG casino. I hope everything stays the same. ​

That might explain things then....

I logged into my account a few times just checking if the tourneys were announced yet....when all of a sudden I attempted to log in and it said
"you are not allowed to log in, please contact customer service"
So, I did, and they asked me a series of questions....like how many accounts do you have? is this your computer? are you the only one with access?

I answered 1 account and yes, and yes..... but chat told me I had 4 accounts!!! I asked what accounts they were, and she would ignore my questions....then I was told the manager would review my account and notify via email if my account would be re-opened.

What???

She never told me what accounts she was talking about....because there wasn't any others....and a manager never contacted me....she emailed me withing 3 minutes of the end of our chat and said my account was opened .....so I replied and still asked of these other accounts because I would like to know that information since she claimed it and it caused my account to be closed....but still there is no response from them....weird.....

Did you also see, they had todays freeroll at 2:00 am this morning. That sucks!! I am asleep at that time of day!

I noticed that this morning too. At least at 2Am I'm home even if I am asleep. I also noticed last night for the 10 minutes of play but only the $5,000 to roll with for me that lasts about 3 1/2 minutes....LOL...I just hit the spacebar too fast. Oh well, we get what we pay for.

I just finished the most recent tourney.....now only $3,000 for 10 minutes....WOW do you have to budget your spins on that, but I did finish being in 15th place now, but there are 5 hours to go and another 250 people to enter....Well, there is always tomorrows game!

That happened to me a couple weeks ago, and when I contacted chat, they said my account seemed to of gone to a -.01 cent, so they added a penny to my account, and that fixed it.

So now my account balance is always 0.o1

Thanks Weesie, and I am able to log in now, and play their now so different tournaments. I am just worried if I deposit they will try to void my winnings due to multiple accounts that I have never had, so I am just playing their tournaments for now.

They now belongs to Winpalace group. Personally I don't like Winpalace for several reasons but most of all because they pay in 7-10 days. Casino Titan hasn't decided yet if they will change the payouttime but probably.
I have my birthday on monday. After my free chip I will close my account.
Btw you are not allowed to play two free chips in a row there so watch out if you win in a tournament.

I was afraid of this happening when I posted the news about new owners. Just had a bad feeling for some reason. It was kinda weird, now that I think about it.

I even said that to the customer support person when they told me they had new owners. I said" Oh, that's not good." I guess I was right!

I will delete them from my pc.

Fun while it lasted!
