Does anyone know of a good over the counter anti depressant? My guy has been feeling way down and we cant afford a doc right now. Thanks for any help.

Thanks friends, I will try that. Been reading online and saw that one mentioned a few times. Excersise? I cant get him to budge after work or on weekends.

Yeah try that or look up natural remedies, try eating super foods as well, you can look them up also.

They sound like good ideas, what about ringing a help line, sometimes they can offer some good advice - we have several here set up for people who are depressed or for family members, presumably you would have something like that in the US also.
