When did you send the email that it was your birthday and what did you say in it?cnfsd

Sorry if this seems a bit obvious its just i lost out last year only receiving one birthday bonus from VIP Lounge (jackpot factory - it was £75 mind) anyway i tried speaking to live chat a day or so after my birthday at many of the other casinos i played at/ had accounts with but as it was after my birthday, i was 'too late'.
I'm only asking as its my birthday on the 15th Oct and want to make sure i get some goodies this year for the amount i deposit lol.

Actually I didn't email any of them. These were all gifts from the casinos I regularly play at, I didn't have to ask. You could email the casinos you're a regular at this week to ask them if they give birthday gifts and if they are automatic. The saying here is "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"... That way you'd know if you have to contact them on the day of your birthday and would already have their email addresses.... Let us know how many you get!
