To all the ones having problems with the rivals and supposed security issues, you could write a nice formal email to support or the casino manager, and explain with great sincerity that you have been a loyal player at quite a few rivals, and all of a sudden you are having this problem, and some may correct the situation.
I did this one time because what happened with me in the beginning of playing with Rivals, i opened an account at all of them, but some i used a different username or email, and evidently thats why my account got flagged.
I got alot of them to overturn the promotion ban, but some remained, so i just stopped playing at their casino. Hope that helps.
