American Express is doing a prepaid card

American Express is doing a prepaid card that you can access an atm with.
Don't know if they can withdraw to it. I suppose u could do support with each casino. Go the the american ex website. It's called a pass card.

The pass card is basically intended for teen use however AE has had prepaid cards for years. I have one but it never works at casinos sniffle
