UPDATE on 100 cashout to eco card, still no funds. Casino says money sent to eco card on Monday but I havent received it in eco card, and finance doesnt respond to emails

I just downloaded this casino and asked for the free 20. After I waited about 30 minutes Jack said that I wasn't eligilbe for the bonus. He didn't know why, he said my account just wouldn't let him put it through. He offered me a deposit bonus.
