Just registered on this site . Deposited £10 to try it out .Played a couple of games of bingo , tried to access the slots, none loaded . Tried instants, again nothing loaded . Accessed the live chat , i was number 1 in the queue with a wait of 1 minute . It took 14 minutes for a rep to speak to me , i was told tech support wasn't available at 'this time of night' . It was 7.05 pm in UK . I told them my problem, i was given the standard answer to empty cookies and history, which i had already done. I tried to withdraw the remainder of my money £7.30 as the games still weren't loading , and the site told me my balance was in the negative . When i questioned the rep on this, she told me I'd have to provide utility bills to prove who I was. So you can deposit but it seems you must jump through hoops to withdraw. That is if you can access the games to win anything . The reps last word on it was to ask me to email support to report the problem, which i had already done . Would I recommend this site , most definitely not until they get it running efficiently and smoothly . It feels unfinished , not a site I feel comfortable using again. If support email me back I will update if it improves anything .
