Hi gang!

Has anyone deposited at Golden Casino?

I have 4 times. I believe it was on Wednesday when I read on their info pop-up before you start playing. The banner said something about a "cash draw" with 1st place winning $2000.00 and more finishing places. It said you had to have made 3 deposits in the past week. I had so I e-mailed them, like they said with "cash draw" in the subject line. I was hoping to get a reply of some sort to verify my request, but, I haven't. Did anyone else see this or do this?
I can't find anymore information about it at their website either, like, when the drawing is.

Also, if you have deposited, what did you think of customer support? I did, again yesterday for the 100% bonus. It said to call the toll free or contact live support for the bonus. I called several times, never got an answer at all. So, I tried live help, waited for ever, only to get a message that there was no one available. So, I sent an e-mail and asked for my bonus that way. I got no response at all that way either.

This morning, I checked my account, no bonus. So, I went to live help again and really got someone. They finally credited me.

Anyway, I guess I am just asking, Is this normal service for Golden Casino??

How ironic, as I was writing this post, I got a reply about the drawing.


You have to make 3 deposits between May 4th and May 10th. The drawing will be held on May 11th.

So, I have made one so far, but not sure I can do two more!! Darn!

I'm not sure if I deposited there or not. And if I did, there are so many casinos using "Gold" or "Golden" in their name I couldn't tell ya how it went, even. I know that some are very good and that some are very bad. I wish they'd quit it. Did I see a casino actually named "Golden Stream"? Or was that a porno site?

I finally gave up depositing at Golden Casino because of their "customer support". It took numerous calls to get through to Customer Support via their phone number listed and I never, ever, found anyone at live chat. There are too many casinos that credit your bonus instantly to have to deal with all that!

Maybe the operative word is "of late" as Vixen said... It has been about 6 months since I gave up depositing there, they may have improved their customer service, and I could very well be wrong, wrong, wrong!!!

Do you know hon, even when everyone is saying how great customer support is somewhere, there are always going to be a few that have had bad (or should I say not so impressive) customer service. Hopefully things are running smoother for them now!
