I very happy that I was referred here by Vixen7777, thanks! If I was not I would not be able to see some of the problems that you guys are having.

Yes, we are completed unindated with support requests, and withdrawal requests and are having an interesting time finding our feet but most importantly is that I agree with all the good, of course ;-), and the bad comments made here. Some bad points have already been addressed and as I read this thread I submitted all the technical issues to our cleaver people and the bad supprot calls to our call center manager with a few stern words of advice.

So guys....and gals, I hope it only gets better as we truly appreciate our players and affiliates and hope to treat you in a manner which you deserve.

I will visit this thread regulary to ensure that we show and prve to everyone that we mean business and our service levels will show that..

vikki38 I am sure Christine didn't mean your comments were ill natured just that there were some comments made regarding bad things about the casino that she needed to have their support and tech people fix

Exactly, Vikki38, I welcome all the comments good and bad, so I know how to get the correct people to sort them out. It's been far too long that players and affiliates have not recieved service that they deserve. We are trying to change that!

We have had a few issues and we are fixing them as we speak, to mention a few, phone numbers are being corrected, Livechat from the website is being fixed, cashouts have been given priority etc.

If you love our casino and our service tell your friends.....if you have problems, tell me, I'll get them fixed ;-)

Well I own a business in Kentucky and actually live in Ohio. EEK this has been a nightmare with all these new rules. All I have done is fax fax fax to all the microgramming casinos, even though I have had my accounts with them for years now and now this. I cant even find this casino
 
Are we only allowed to have an account at ONE Rival CASINO, or can we have accounts at all of them and get bonuses at each one? Every time I download a new Rival casino and create an account, it says my account is locked. What is the deal? Just wondering and a little frustrated. Thanks.
 
You are allowed to have an account at all of them icebergs. A lot of people have had that problem for some reason. If it happens, contact support and I am sure they will help you. :snta
