I am confused!

Is it winter in Australia right now? I just read about a shark attack on a surfer on the West Coast of Australia.

I said why is someone surfing in winter and David says it is not winter there. I thought it was.

You are right weesie it is Winter here now, I saw about the shark attack on tv tonight and noticed they had higher tempertures than we do on the east coast, but in any cas is prob jut one of those mad keen surfers!!!

It is winter there, but they do not have winters like ours weesie!!

No nothing like yours, I always say we don't go much below 4 deg celcius, but we have had a real cold snap and had a week at 1 deg, don't think I have ever been so cold, plus my heater wasn't working, finally got it repaired yesterday so feeling a lot toastier!
