They will not take the block off, and there is no one at club world to talk to about it, so for now I am screwed, but now we all know not to try it :grr

OMG! Proof of purchase?? That makes no sense.

they wanted proof of purchase showing I paid $991 dollars for something, for them to refund my card cos it was put in as a refund to my card, and I spoke with netspend and what a hassle, was on hold forever trying to get a manager, and he told me I either had to have a proof of purchase from the company that refunded me the money or call the company and have them reverse the transaction, all netspend would tell me was it was a refund made to me by a merchant, they would not even tell me the name of the merchant, well I called Club World and there was no one there at the time that could help so I figured I would have to wait till tomorrow, well I just got home from work and had an email from netspend saying my card was unblocked and could be used so I went straight to the ATM and got my money lol and now when I look at my account it saids the payment was an affiliate payment and not a refund. I am just very happy I got my money now but I dont think I will be using that method of withdrawal anytime soon, I prefer the check :) Anyways it wasnt Club Worlds fault, they are a great casino and I guess Netspend was just doing there job but it really ticked me off!
 
My withdrawl is still pending...zzzzzzz. They say they still can't read the copy of my NS card. Sent it 3 times , all 3 times were different copies. Any way I might try what you did if I have to wait another 5 days for my ACH. I will let you know.
 
Oh wow! I am so glad you managed to get your money winter! I don't think I will be trying that method anytime soon.

Glad you got it Winter. I think if anyone tries it now they should contact the casino first and make sure this does not happen!
 
Ok - I am the next dummy in line to try to withdrawl to my NS. My docs were approved today...finally, but my withdrawl is still showing as pending. Winter how much time did it take from the time you requested your withdrawl til the time it hit your card? I did E-mail cashier with my concerns and Live chat also. They said that the cashier dept. will respond to my E-mail tomorrow...not holding my breath but I will let everyone know how it goes.
 
my withdrawal was approved on monday, but cos it was a bank holiday, it did not get processed until tuesday and it showed on my netspend card late morning friday, good luck, it would be a very good method cos its quick, if they could get the kinks worked out
 
I have a question that I hope someone can help with with on to decide what to do. I have some winnings that I have coming from a tourney I won. I don't think I have to tell anyone where it was. I am sure you would know. Anyway it was approved on 12/1/2011. After not receiving my winnings and after excuse after excuse, they tell me that my wire transfer was frozen at the BOA. I did not give up and kept fighting to get paid, regardless of what they said. I received and email yesterday saying that they spoke with upper management and they have decided to resent my winnings because of the fact that I was a loyal player in the past to them and their sister casinos, which I was before they went way done hill. They said to avoid any problems with a wire transfer they can credit my winnings to either my NS card or my banks debit card. I told them if they credit my NS card it would be blocked and I did not know if my banks debit card would except it. They said that when the money is sent it is listed as affiliate program or network benefit and that neither NS or my banks debit card will know that it came from casino winnings. I do not know what to do, because I am afraid to believe anything they say. I don't want to have any problems with my NS account or my bank account. What do you all think about this. Thanks
 
Some casinos have found a code to get the NS to accept payouts I think it is safe to do to be honest. Be warned everyone that once others start using this method it will get very popular and draw attention to this new method of payouts so just be sure you understand the risk and that at anytime this method could be taken away at any point :)
 
What do you thin about having it credited to my bank debit card ? They say they have been paying people that why and there has been no problems. , but to be quite honest, I am afraid to believe anything they say.
 
this is an interesting thread!! I have been trying to get Club World to send my withdrawal of
$150 TO my NS card because thier minimum for a check or wire is more than my withdrawal request.
They are saying they cant send it to a prepaid card. They want a regular credit card, which I dont have!


It's frustrating!!! They should probably lower the minimum for a check and bank wire for US players!! The
last time I withdrew from Club World was $200 that got locked into QT the very next day!!!! I built this
balance from my win here.... So there are max cashout rules which I think would be $350 BUT I dont want
to risk losing what I DO have to TRY and make more! I LOVE Club World.... I just wish withdrawals werent
so hard to get!!
 
They are telling me that they can send it to my NS pre paid card, but that worries me even though they say it will show up as network benefit or affiliate program, and won't show that it coming from a casino, or they can send it to my banks debit card and it will show the same thing. If club World says they can't do it and they are one of the best, why are these guys that I am dealing who have gone way down hill say they can. That is what worries me , that they say there will be no problem, but some how I am still weary of it.
 
well, I didn't want to risk having my NS card blocked... so I opted to reverse my withdrawal and try to build it up.... :hit .................. I think we all know where that leads!

OK... So, I made a deposit and I met the playthrough, ... I built my balance to $300 BUT... How do I get it out??!!!:think The minimum for a check is $350!!! Seriously??? It's their "recommended method of withdrawal"!!! So why is the minimum so high???
We can't do pay my card anymore.... everyone who does has thier account blocked by NS:yikes. Wire transfer minimum is $300!! Which means that I wouldn't be able to withdraw $250 so I could leave $50 in there to play????? And IF I do use the wire transfer, why is CW cashier section asking me for my banking info?? I thought all that was on thier verification forms, which I sent in YEARS ago!!!

I am beginning to wonder why I deposit, if when I FINALLY win I CANT get my money out!!!huhhwtff
