Hi,

I see this group of casinos in the Losing Streak thread, and I just wonder what is bad about them? I dont doupt they are bad or nothing like that but have anyone tested them and could share some experience?

And I see "SilverOak Casino" is missing from that list in the Losing Streak but their live support named Silver Oak when I asked Planet 7 support to name one of their sisters....

Reason I write is that I got a $50 code...and I wonder is it worth signing up and trying the code...

IF they have a new owner does that mean its bad? I mean Lucky Creek is suddenly an approved casino here so thing obviously chance fast.....

So anyone have some real experience from this group(Crystal Palace group), good or bad?

Good question ceks. There are so many bad casinos and groups of casinos out there that it is hard for us to keep an updated list always. Yes, this new group of casinos has been approved, but only because they have new owners and Vixen herself has had meetings with them and gone over terms and things and they have shown her that they are trying to make these casinos into honest ones.

There has been no change in the Crystal Group as far as I know. I would not recommend playing at them. Of course that choice is totally up to the player. All we are saying is that if you do choose to play at any casino that we consider "bad" or do not support, then you are playing at your own risk and if you do have a problem there is nothing we can do to help you.

They are all owned by Virtual now, Crystal Palace no longer exists.

I dont have any personal experience (thank God), but I know what the usual complaints are with this group, and I would stay away as far as possible.
I know you do not like it if your winnings stay reversible/ no flush.
With these places your withdrawl stays reversible for a month.
Total cashout time is about 2 months.

And they have numerous player traps hidden in their T&C's, just take a few hours to read them carefully and you'll find out.

The most well known one is that if your lifetime amount of bonuschips claimed exceeds your real money deposits, you cannot cashout any winnings, and the will only return your deposit.
So if you claim a 300% match you'll have to make a few bonusfree deposits that equal the value of the 300%, or you wont be able to withdraw.

On top of that they have a clear history of ripping off big winners.
Just do a search at Casinomeister forum for Virtual and you'll find some threads that make your eyes pop out of your head.

Oh, forgot to mention that if you sign up, use a FAKE telephonenumber, or Cristoffel di Angelo will call you every day, preferably at 2 in the night with his 'totally awesome' bonusoffers.

Ok I understand.... and Anton you are so right... I dont like casino having this "reversal times"...I see no reason to have them if the casino actually care for players(actually real peoples) own money... But a free chip is always free and if I just signed up and happen to win on a free chip Im not gonna wake any bear sleeping and risking my win on the free chip...
Well, Ill not deposit but Ill sign up and pla ythe $50 and see if I win and then see what happen, Im not expecting anything except lots of future spam mails...but Ill take the risk!
