After I talked to Live Chat, it took a few hours to get the bonus, but it did say it could take 24 -48 hours.

The problem with it saying you live in Kentucky, I believe you need to send them proof you do not live in Kentucky. Missouri should be good to play, not sure.

If you are getting a virus threat when you try and download, it is your settings are too high or something as this site is very safe!

Once you got it downloaded and contact support it takes 24 - 48 hours to get credited. Please remember that this is a new casino and I am sure that support is overloaded right now! Patience, they will get to you!!!
