Hi Guys, Sorry I haven't been on for a while but I was hoping you could help me again. I am having problems again with Captain Jack Casino. I am a Level 5 VIP, which is the top VIP, but I still can't seem to get my withdrawal for $1000 from December 31, 2016. I have contacted them about 20 times via email and most times the email bounces back to me. I have been told a couple times, to be patient. Since I am a VIP at this level they are supposed to Fast Track my withdrawals but I can't get anyone to do this. I tried today to get on live chat but it keeps logging me off saying that live chat is very busy and to try back in 30 minutes, which I have done several times. I am very frustrated with them I was hoping you could talk to them and find out when I might be receiving my Bank Wire Transfer. I would really appreciate your help. My account logon is control35.
