Having Trouble Getting My Withdrawal From Captain Jack Casino

Hi Guys, Sorry I haven't been on for a while but I was hoping you could help me again. I am having problems again with Captain Jack Casino. I am a Level 5 VIP, which is the top VIP, but I still can't seem to get my withdrawal for $1000 from December 31, 2016. I have contacted them about 20 times via email and most times the email bounces back to me. I have been told a couple times, to be patient. Since I am a VIP at this level they are supposed to Fast Track my withdrawals but I can't get anyone to do this. I tried today to get on live chat but it keeps logging me off saying that live chat is very busy and to try back in 30 minutes, which I have done several times. I am very frustrated with them I was hoping you could talk to them and find out when I might be receiving my Bank Wire Transfer. I would really appreciate your help. My account logon is control35.

Hi again Dani, I finally got through to Live Chat and they said the payment hasn't even been sent out yet and since it takes about two weeks to receive it once it is sent out, I still have a long wait. So if you can put some pressure on them, when you can, it might help. Thanks again Dani for your help.
