I want to thank all my peeps here for your prayers. I just got an email that my bid was accepted and I start the project on Monday. Best part, my daughter mentioned I should put in a clause in the bid that stated "50% nonrefundable deposit due before work begins" and that was accepted also. I'm getting paid up front for half the work in the next few days. I'm glad I did this cos I don't want to get stiffed as I've been in the past with some clients.
